My mission is to help more women learn about healthy eating, exercise, and being active. I don’t fad diets or quick fixes. No hardcore training or hours of cardio. My own fitness journey as a Mum started with little changes that turned into habits I actually enjoy (that’s the secret to losing weight and keeping it off!)

What puts the biggest smile on my face? Knowing that my fitness coaching has helped someone feel happier and more confident.

My fitness coaching is for any woman who wants to learn the best ways to use exercise and healthy eating to get in better shape. You don’t have to be fit to get started. My clients are all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes. The one thing they have in common is a desire to look and feel better.

HOW DOES PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?

I know my style of fitness coaching gets great results for women (probably because I’ve been through my own journey of discovery from when I was 6 stone heavier and had terrible eating habits!) I really get it – the struggles and frustrations, and the fact that women need a different approach to rigid rules and restrictive diets.

I’ve created 3 different ways of working with me. Which one will be best for you?

IN-PERSON OR ONLINE FITNESS COACHING

PERSONAL TRAINING IN COLCHESTER

I offer in-person Personal Training from my fitness studio in Colchester. As an in-person client you’ll get bespoke training plans, diet advice, and training sessions with me. Plus plenty of support and resources. [FIND OUT MORE]

ONLINE OPTIONS Online virtual coaching is the best way to work with me if you’re not local, or if you enjoy the motivation of being in a community of other women. My online clients get personalised training plans, online classes, nutrition advice and all the support they need to get great results. Plus access to my amazing online client group via Facebook. 🏋️‍♀️ Barbell workout (pt1: legs & bum) 🍑

Great if you’re stuck for time or need a one piece of equipment workout. 💡

Can be done at home or gym 💪🏼

5 exercises.

💥Deadlifts
💥Good mornings
💥Squats with bounce
💥Step back lunges
💥Glute bridge

I recommend 3 sets of each exercise, 12-15 reps depending on weight (but should be challenging!) with rest in-between.
